What not to include in this form

This is a general inquiry form, not a secure document submission channel. Do not enter sensitive, proprietary, financial, health, donor, student, or client data in any field on this form.

If your inquiry involves confidential organizational information, describe the category of project rather than the specific details. Confidential scope is shared after a secure working relationship has been established.

Send an inquiry

Every field is optional except name, work email, inquiry type, the outcome you are after, and consent. The form works without JavaScript. If you would rather not use a form, the email address is at the bottom of it.

What is this about?

Selecting the right type routes the inquiry to whoever handles it, without a delay.

Scoping, qualification and pricing happen at AI Marketing Box.

A few sentences is plenty. Describe the category of work rather than confidential specifics: the caution above applies to every field on this form.

Or email martin@aimarketingbox.org directly.

Routing guide

Each inquiry type routes to a different destination. Selecting the correct type ensures your inquiry reaches the right place without delay.

Inquiry typeWho handles itNotes
AI implementation or consultingAI Marketing BoxScoping, qualification, and pricing happen at AI Marketing Box. Describe the problem and desired outcome in the message.
Speaking or workshopMartin directlyInclude the event or session date, format, expected audience, and what you want participants to take away.
Podcast or mediaMartin directlyInclude the show or publication, the topic you have in mind, and the expected format and length.
Research or Future Skills HawaiʻiFuture Skills HawaiʻiCivic research and Hawaiʻi workforce data are handled through Future Skills Hawaiʻi. This form can route an initial question; substantive research inquiries should go directly to futureskillshawaii.org.
Teaching or educationMartin directlyTeaching-related inquiries are answered directly. For anything concerning the University of Hawaiʻi course specifically, the institution is the better first contact.
General inquiryMartin directlyFor anything that does not fit the categories above. Including enough context about your goal makes the first response more useful.

Responses to consulting and implementation inquiries may take longer if they require routing to AI Marketing Box first.

Form fields

The contact form collects the following information. Fields marked as required must be completed before the form can be submitted.

  • Name (required)
  • Work email (required)
  • Organization
  • Role
  • Inquiry type: select from AI implementation or consulting; speaking or workshop; podcast or media; research or Future Skills Hawaiʻi; teaching or education; general inquiry
  • “What outcome are you trying to achieve?”: describe the goal, not just the question
  • Timeline: when you need a response or when the project or event is scheduled
  • Budget range (optional, consulting inquiries only): a range that helps scope the conversation without committing to a number
  • Consent: confirmation that you have read the privacy policy and agree to how your information will be used

Principle

The most useful first message describes the outcome you are trying to reach, not just the service you think you need. “We need AI implementation help” and “we have a lead-response workflow that drops 60 percent of inquiries before anyone follows up” start very different conversations.

What to expect after submitting

Martin reviews inquiries personally. Consulting and project inquiries are routed to AI Marketing Box for scoping. Speaking and workshop inquiries receive a direct response, typically within a few business days. Media and podcast inquiries are reviewed and forwarded to Martin's media contact process.

If you have not received a response within five business days, the form submission may not have been delivered. A follow-up email to the address listed in the privacy policy is the right next step.

Martin does not take unsolicited sales calls. Vendors seeking to sell services should not use this form.

Location

Martin is based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. He works with organizations across the Hawaiian Islands and remotely with organizations on the mainland and internationally. Time zone is Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (UTC−10), which does not observe daylight saving.
